Terms of Service

Last updated · May 19, 2026

Effective: May 19, 2026 · Last updated: May 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of the VoipMe mobile application and related push relay (collectively, the Service), operated by Pabsoft.

Beta status

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We do not guarantee uptime, message delivery, or call connectivity. Don't rely on it as your only phone for anything critical (medical, legal, emergency, etc.).

Your SIP provider

VoipMe is a softphone — it makes calls through your SIP provider, not ours. You are responsible for your provider relationship, your call charges, regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction, and lawful use of the numbers you place or receive calls from.

Emergency calling

The Service does not provide reliable access to emergency services (911, 112, 999, etc.). Some SIP providers offer emergency routing; many do not. Always have a working alternative (mobile carrier voice, landline) for emergencies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk calls or messages.
  • Spoof caller ID in violation of applicable law (e.g. TRACED Act).
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt our push relay.

Pricing

The Service is free during beta. Pricing for general availability will be announced in advance. Calls themselves are billed by your SIP provider, not by us.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pabsoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Pabsoft's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page; the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
